It is possible to become more self confident with Cognitive Behaviour Hypnotherapy (CBH)
The difference between the confident and unconfident person will depend on whether their beliefs are healthy or unhealthy.
Our subconscious beliefs affect our thoughts, feelings, behaviour and symptoms.
Unhealthy beliefs are rigid, unrealistic, don’t make sense and don’t help you. They tend to take the form of musts, should, have tos.
Healthy beliefs are flexible, logical, realistic and help you
The unconfident person may have the unhealthy belief “ Everyone must like me, if they don’t its awful, I can’t stand it and if someone doesn’t like me I am a failure”
The resulting behaviour tends to be characterised , amongst other things by rarely saying what they think for fear of rejection and unable to take criticism, rarely taking risks in case they upset anyone. Thoughts and feeling would be negative.
Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy uncovers unhealthy beliefs which are held in the subconscious, changes them to healthier beliefs resulting in healthier thoughts, feelings, behaviour and symptoms.
Healthy beliefs are flexible, logical, realistic and help you
Hypnotherapy adds a powerful dynamic in that it weakens the unhealthy belief and strengthens the healthy belief
A minimum of two sessions would be required at a cost of £100 in total. If you require further sessions they are £65 per session or a further block of 2 sessions at a cost of £100 in total
