I  probably feel better than I ever had. Before I had the regression I  always felt anxious in life,and lacked confidence and was fearful of things such a dark water, confined s paces,heights and insects.I was also anxious about my children’s safety. I always felt drawn to to places especially New York even though I’ve never been there.

My stomach would be in knots a lot,  but since having the regression I feel the knot in my stomach has unwound and is gone.

I feel much more relaxed about situations and feel that if I put my mind to things I can do so much more in life. The regression was a amazing  emotional experience. I felt  I was jumping from one life to another in my mind and it was so vivid and real, I went to my past and whatever I felt in each life ,confronted it,and then put any turmoil I had then in past lives behind me and finally closed the door on them.

When I was wide awake I felt  as if a ton had been lifted from my shoulders.

I felt a bit nervous about hynotherapy,but in the room with Johan who is so lovely,she made me feel relaxed,but I never thought for one moment I could ever go back to my past im so glad I dId it, its something i will never forget,the experience alone and just knowing now that I’ve been here before.
